Sales Executive (Home Appliances Division)

Overview As a Sales Executive - Home Appliances Division at Hafele (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for driving sales of our premium home appliance products to customers across Selangor. This is a full-time position and you will be based in our office in Selangor.

Responsibilities

Actively prospecting and identifying new business opportunities for our home appliance range

Preparing and presenting sales proposals to potential customers

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business

Providing excellent customer service and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction

Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies

Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the home appliances or consumer electronics industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills

A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Proficiency in using sales and CRM software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Passion for the home appliance industry and a keen interest in technology
