Senior Barista / Shift Supervisor

Penerangan pekerjaanOpen and close the store, including cash handling and daily sales reconciliation. Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and communicate needs to the manager. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and café area. Train, mentor, and motivate junior baristas. Provide feedback and support to improve performance and skills. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Minimum 2–3 years of barista experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing methods, and café operations. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle cash, manage stock, and oversee shift operations. Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays. Competitive salary with shift allowances. Overview
