Penerangan pekerjaanLead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals, foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members Identify and implement best practices in financial processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive efficiency and enhance service quality Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring their financial service needs are met effectively Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting and compliance initiatives Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis, supporting management decision-making Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial deliverables Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and financial policies Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard financial integrity Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA or any equivalent) is desired, but not a must Minimum 9 years of working experience in finance or accounting, with a proven track record of growing, developing and leading a large team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details and accuracy Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, including the ability to influence and collaborate effectively to engage and influence stakeholders from diverse background Solid understanding of financial regulation and compliance requirements Big 4 accounting firm experience is desired, but not a must
