Demand Planner

Own and lead the monthly S&OP process, including forecast preparation and presentation. Manage demand planning for the India market, known for its complexity and high variability. Responsibilities include : Forecast across hundreds of SKUs using Excel. Present insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams. Collaborate with regional stakeholders to align production and inventory strategies. Plan up to 6 months ahead, adapting to evolving market conditions. Navigate challenges in systems and processes with a proactive mindset. Support continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and planning efficiency. The Successful Applicant

A successful Demand Planner should have : Experience in demand planning, forecasting, or S&OP ownership. Strong presentation and communication skills. Independent and resilient, able to manage complex market dynamics. Proficient in Excel. Comfortable working in environments with evolving systems and processes. Experience managing high-SKU portfolios and long-term planning cycles. What's on Offer
