Assistant Manager, QAQC (Renewable Energy & Infrastructure)

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project planning, monitoring, and implementation with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure QAQC compliance across construction and renewable energy projects, including solar farms, landfills, incinerators, and leachate treatment plants.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Integrated Management Systems (IMS) aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and related standards.
• Conduct internal and external audits, risk assessments, and inspections, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
• Design, review, and oversee construction works such as landfill gas systems, ponds, and renewable energy facilities.
• Prepare technical reports, tender documents, shop drawings, and progress updates for management and clients.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Liaise with statutory authorities and government agencies to ensure full regulatory compliance.
