dáo desserts is a fast-growing Malaysian dessert brand known for our signature soy-based desserts. With a central kitchen and multiple retail outlets across the Klang Valley, we’re expanding quickly and looking for a dedicated Human Resource Executive to support HR operations, ensure payroll accuracy, and help strengthen our company culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly payroll processing accurately and on time, ensuring zero errors in salary, allowance, and statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and handle HR documentation, attendance, and leave management.
- Support HR reporting and ensure compliance with Malaysia’s labor laws.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for outlet and central kitchen positions.
- Conduct interviews, prepare offer letters, and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Maintain a candidate database to support future hiring needs.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with outlet managers on HR-related matters and manpower planning.
- Support employee relations and assist in addressing workplace issues or grievances.
- Help plan engagement activities, team events, and recognition programs to promote a positive work environment.
- Assist in performance appraisal coordination and staff evaluation tracking.
- Support training coordination and recordkeeping for outlet and central kitchen staff.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality.Proven experience managing payroll and HR compliance.High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.Fluent in English (written and spoken)Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Able to work independently and handle multi-outlet HR coordination.Seniority level
