Process Engineer

Primary job function

1.1 Responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing production processes to improve efficiency. reduce costs, and maintain quality standards

B. Duties and responsibilities

1.Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard times and improve work methods.

• Develop and maintain process flow, line balancing, and layout design for production lines.

3.Perform capacity planning and identify bottlenecks to meet production targets

Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Analyze workflow and production processes to identify and eliminate waste.

Support new product introduction (NPI) by defining process requirements and work instructions.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve process-related issues.

Prepare reports on productivity, efficiency, and cost-saving improvements.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during process implementation

C.Qualification and requirement

Certificate holder in electronic or electrical engineering with 5 year experience in the same
