IT Technician

Overview

Maintain karaoke systems, install sound systems, and configure karaoke equipment at customer sites. Perform testing, troubleshooting, and repair of karaoke equipment including amplifiers, microphones, speakers, touch screen and karaoke jukebox. Provide customer on-site support and technical assistance after sales service. Ensure all equipment is set up according to safety and quality standards. Maintain accurate records of installation, service reports, and inventory of tools and spare parts. Assist in product upgrades, calibration, and system optimization to achieve the best sound and karaoke performance. Work closely with sales and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Certificate / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Experience in audio-visual, sound system, or karaoke system installation and servicing. Basic knowledge of networking and system integration will be an added advantage. Well-versed in Microsoft Office Excel and experienced in handling computer spare parts. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willing to travel and work at customer sites when required. Fresh graduates with strong interest in Audio technology are encouraged to apply.
