The Business Development Manager is responsible for leading the sales and business development functions within the organization, reporting directly to the General Manager. This role is pivotal in driving strategic growth initiatives, expanding revenue streams, and enhancing client engagement across the healthcare business. The incumbent will work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service integration and alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and ownership as the Head of Department, ensuring departmental growth and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations within the Business Development Department.
• Maintain adequate staffing levels within the department for smooth operations.
• Prepare and meet departmental budgets, including revenue, marketing expenses, and human resources targets.
• Ensure managers and subordinates within the department meet assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze statistics and compile accurate records.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop the Business Development team, creating an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.
• Stay ahead of industry developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.
• Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly business and performance reports to the management.
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience Area Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies to support the development and execution of business plans.
