About the role

As a Human Resource Executive at Al-Islam Specialist Hospital, you will play a vital role in supporting the hospital's talent management and HR operations. This full-time position in Kuala Lumpur will allow you to contribute to the organisation's overall HR strategy and provide generalist HR support across the business.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job ads, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant HR policies and procedures
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, such as leave, benefits, and performance management
• Collaborate with managers to identify and address HR needs within their teams
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives, programmes, and coordinate training
• Assist in the administration of payroll, benefits, and other HR-related systems
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive HR information
