HR Assistant Manager

Job descriptionOversee full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management and employee relations Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies and company regulations Manage payroll, compensation & benefits and HR administration Develop HR strategies to support organizational growth and staff development Review and verify plus coordinate with Finance Division for staff claim. Responsible to prepare all relevant HR reports and analysis plus monthly reports for management decision-making. Contribute to special projects or other assignments as needed to support company's growth Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field Minimum 5 years' managerial experience in HR & Administration, preferably in logistics, engineering, heavy lifting or construction industries Strong knowledge of the latest Malaysian Employment Act, HR practices and industrial relations Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills with strong organizational, coaching and people development capabilities Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (will be an added advantage) to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Proficient in Microsoft Office (including advance in Excel, Words, etc), HR software systems, etc Must be disciplined, assertive and not too soft-spoken Able to handle confidential matters with integrity and discretion plus able to portrait good and positive thinking while handling the company's human resource matter in amicable manner
