Join us to optimize our sales administrative efforts. In this role, you will be using Microsoft office for documentation, our ERP software for daily sales operation, handling walk-in and online customer queries.
Responsibilities
- Professionally handle customer enquiries, process sales order and manage sales documents.
- Follow up on payments, resolve billing issues with clients and track customer orders from receipt through delivery.
- Upload and maintain all signed documents to Company's server.
- Maintain and update accurate sales records and customer databases.
- Liaise with sales, installation and logistics team to ensure seamless delivery of products
Qualifications
Experience : (Good to have, not a must) 1-2 years' experience in sales administration, coordination or related support role.Education : SPM / Diploma / Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.Skills : Microsoft Office, ERP software, good organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, patient towards customers' queries.Languages : Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is a must.What We Offer :
