A Human Resources Generalist role with a strong focus on strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives, including workforce planning, employer branding, and system enhancements. The role also contributes to Learning & Organization Development, driving impactful development strategies to grow employee capabilities and support business success.
Job Functions
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).
Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Utilize various recruitment channels (job portals, social media, campus drives, referrals).
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and improve hiring efficiency.
Identify training needs through surveys, performance reviews, and consultations with department heads.
Design, develop, and implement training programs (e.g., onboarding, leadership development, soft skills, compliance).
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and ROI analysis.
Oversee employee relations and address any workplace issues or grievances
Assist in policy development, HR process improvements, and compliance-related initiatives.
Acts as a liaison between management and staff, ensuring legal adherence and fostering a positive work environment.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
5 years proven experience in a HR management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team, and drive continuous improvement.
Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws and regulations.
