Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's business objectives.
Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding to drive organizational growth and retention.
Lead, coach and develop the HR team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of HR services.
Oversee employee relations and address any workplace issues or grievances.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Collaborate with department heads to identify and address talent needs.
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Acts as a liaison between management and staff, ensuring legal adherence and fostering a positive work environment.
Experienced in handling collective bargaining and industrial relations.

Our first factory was set up in 1995 in the small town of Desa Serdang located at the southern zone of Kuala Lumpur. From humble beginnings, our company started off by manufacturing consumer pack chocolates that were sold mainly to duty free shops and supermarkets across the country. From there, we took the first steps to establishing Beryl’s as a major regional chocolatier.
Shortly after that in 1998, we relocated and built our new factory in the Seri Kembangan Industrial Area where we increased our production lines to provide an even more diverse range of chocolate products to fulfil our promise for high quality and delicious chocolates to our customers.
