About the Role
Join EsperMed Sdn Bhd as a full‑time Office Administrator based in Pulau Tikus, Penang.
In this crucial role, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our busy office and contribute to the overall success of the company.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment inventory, and files.
- Assist with the coordination of meetings, travel arrangements, and other office activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform data entry, file management, and other administrative duties as required.
- Support the team with ad‑hoc tasks and projects as needed.
- Transport stocks to customers for some orders, when requested.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high‑quality work.A collaborative and positive attitude.What We Offer
