Assist in executing marketing strategies across online and offline channels. Assist with preparations for live streaming events. Respond to customer inquiries (regarding products, prices, logistics, after-sales service, etc.). Assist in Content and Social Media. Support product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns. Qualifications

Location : Kelana Jaya, Selangor Working Hours : Monday to Friday Employment Type : Full-time / Contract Proficient in Mandarin Chinese, with basic English communication skills Basic computer skills Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred Patient and detail-oriented (suitable for customer service) Interest in e-commerce, live streaming, and health products is a plus Benefits
