Job Responsibility :
- Under the responsibility of Executive Chef
- Production of different and international pastries
- Leading, training, and developing Pastry cook assistants (2 to 5 persons)
- Attending and decoration the buffets during the service
- Participation in the creation of the menus
- Preparation of the orders and administration of the stock
- Ensuring the respect of Club Med's standards and the application of hygiene and safety procedures
- Development of your staff by organizing training and formation
Requirements :
Willing to relocate to Cherating, Kuantan.10 years prior experience as Chef de Partie or in similar field.Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Culinary arts or similar certification compulsoryExperience at 4 or 5 stars hotel or resort preferredEnergetic and positive thinkingGood physical condition with problem-solving skillsStrong teamwork and adaptabilityPassion for culinary excellenceJob Types : Full-time, Contract

Pay : RM5, RM7,000.00 per month
