Business Support Executive

About the Position

We are seeking a dependable Business Support Executive to support the day-to-day running of projects and internal functions. This role is fully remote and requires someone resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with different teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative assistance to ensure smooth business activities.
• Draft and process project-related documentation such as purchase requests, orders, and work instructions.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and follow-up actions to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare materials for meetings, record minutes, and manage follow-up items.
• Step in to support operational tasks during urgent or critical situations.
• Assist in procurement activities, including supplier coordination, reviewing basic contract terms, price comparison, and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborate with different departments to streamline processes and information flow.
• Maintain organized filing systems, records, and documentation.
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments as directed by the manager.
