HR executive

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Assist in managing HR documentation, employee records, and attendance tracking.
• Act as a communication bridge between Chinese expatriates and local staff to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Assist in work visa application processes and liaise with relevant government authorities for expatriate employees.
• Ensure HR operations comply with Malaysian labor laws and internal company policies.
