Develop, execute, and communicate a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy that supports our business goals and talent philosophy.
Establish and govern the company's compensation philosophy, including job architecture, leveling guides, and salary structures.
Continuously monitor market trends, conduct competitive benchmarking, and analyze internal data to ensure our programs remain competitive and effective.
Lead the design and implementation of innovative and scalable compensation and benefits programs that adapt to our company's growth and changing workforce demographics.
2. Compensation Management
Oversee all company-wide compensation programs, including base salary, short-term incentives (bonus plans), and long-term incentives (equity / stock).
Lead the annual compensation review cycle (merit, promotion, and bonus / equity payouts), ensuring alignment with performance and budget.
Partner with Sales leadership to design, evaluate, and administer effective sales incentive plans.
Manage executive compensation programs, including benchmarking, design, and preparation of materials for the Compensation Committee.
Direct the strategy, design, and administration of all global employee benefits, including health, welfare, retirement (401(k) / pension), leave of absence, and wellness programs.
Lead the annual benefits renewal process, including vendor management, negotiation, and communication.
Champion employee well-being by evolving our programs to support the physical, mental, and financial health of our employees.
Ensure all benefits programs are administered in compliance with all applicable regulations (e.g., ERISA, ACA, COBRA).
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing compensation and benefits team.
Oversee the C&B function's technology and systems (e.g., HRIS modules, compensation planning tools), ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency.
Develop clear, effective communication strategies and materials to educate employees and leaders on our Total Rewards philosophy and programs.
Ensure rigorous compliance with all local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
5. Executive & Stakeholder Partnership
Serve as the key expert and advisor to the CHRO, CEO, and executive leadership team on all C&B matters.
Prepare and present analyses, reports, and recommendations to the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.
Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Legal to ensure seamless program delivery and alignment.
Qualifications & Skills
Required :
5+ years of progressive experience in Compensation and Benefits, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Deep expertise in the design and administration of compensation programs (base, variable, equity) and benefits (health, retirement, wellness).
Proven experience with executive compensation and preparing materials for a Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.
Strong business acumen and the ability to link C&B programs directly to business objectives.
Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with a mastery of data analysis and modeling.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among senior executives and stakeholders.
Unquestionable integrity and the ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information.
Preferred :
Master’s degree (MBA or MHR).
Professional certifications (e.g., CCP, CBP, CECP).
Able to converse and write in Mandarin will be added advantage.
Experience with M&A integration (due diligence and program harmonization).
Hands-on experience with major HRIS / HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors).
