Warehouse / Store Supervisor, based in Perai

Supervision of a team of storekeepers to ensure stocks accuracy and compliance to specifications, rules and regulations. Conduct stock take check. Manage stores operations effectively and efficiently. Develop and implement effective storage system. Troubleshoot and monitor ageing inventory. Ensure stocks accuracy. Evaluate, establish, maintain work procedures of goods receipt documentation and issuance. Recommend and implement procedures to ensure stocks accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of storekeepers to ensure stock accuracy and compliance with specifications, rules and regulations.
• Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile discrepancies.
• Manage store operations effectively and efficiently.
• Develop and implement effective storage systems.
• Troubleshoot and monitor aging inventory.
• Ensure stock accuracy and integrity of records.
• Evaluate, establish, and maintain procedures for goods receipt documentation and issuance.
• Recommend and implement procedures to improve stock accuracy.
