Job description

Act as the main contact point for clients via WhatsApp.

Handle client inquiries on services such as photography, videography & album

Provide clear information about packages, pricing, timelines, and deliverables.

Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operational) to ensure customer requirements are met.

Handle client feedback and resolve issues with professionalism.

Assist in scheduling project timelines.

Maintain accurate client records and update Google Drive database.

Follow up with clients after project delivery to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Support handling inquiries.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : RM RM800.00 per month
