Times Media is looking for a

proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager

to join our team

What you'll do : Manage end-to-end

client onboarding

– from preparing MoMs & SoWs to ensuring campaigns launch smoothly.

Oversee

campaign execution & performance monitoring

across digital, content & online branding.

Maintain strong client relationships with regular reporting, timely updates, and quick turnarounds.

Track deliverables, contracts & renewals while identifying

upselling opportunities

Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure excellence in delivery.

What we're looking for :

Strong communication & organizational skills

Ability to manage timelines & multiple stakeholders

A client-first mindset with a drive to exceed expectations

1-3 years of experience
