  • Position Objective

    To provide administrative assistance to the Engineering Manager, ensuring the department functions efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare standard administrative correspondences.
  • Manage appointment schedules and coordinate departmental meetings.
  • Handle calls, messages, and appointment arrangements.
  • Prepare monthly reports, visit reports, letters, CERs, and memos.
  • Maintain and update the department's filing system.
  • Manage stationery supplies, including ordering and distribution.
  • Collect and distribute incoming mail and documents.
  • Liaise with service providers for office equipment and billing matters.
  • Assist with travel arrangements (air tickets, hotel bookings).
  • Provide administrative support for committees, task forces, and meeting minutes.
  • Ensure good housekeeping standards in the office and meeting rooms.
  • Serve as back-up telephone operator / receptionist when required.
  • Update records and documentation related to ISO & TS requirements.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and update records.
  • Prepare, follow up, and update weekend maintenance tasks.
  • Assist with overtime records, annual leave applications, and MC submissions to HR.
  • Maintain daily downtime and shift reports for maintenance activities.
  • Requirements
