This role will be responsible for supporting the organization – Crown Worldwide Group Sdn Bhd and Crown Worldwide Shared Services Sdn Bhd across key HR functions including employee benefits, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, HR systems management, and industrial relations. The HR Advisor will serve as a trusted partner to employees and management, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Employee Benefits Management
- Administer and manage all matters related to employee benefits programs including insurance, medical (inpatient & outpatient), wellness initiatives and other perks.
- Serve as the point of contact for employees regarding benefits queries and claims and provide timely resolutions.
- Act as the main liaison with insurance providers and external vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor benefit utilization, review and propose enhancements to employee benefit offerings in line with market practices to optimize cost effectiveness.
Compensation & Benefits
Support the development of compensation reviews and salary structure alignment, allowances and incentive schemes.Assist in conducting salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.Manage in monthly payroll administration, yearly annual increase / bonuses and liaise with outsource payroll vendor. Ensure timely the related document and letter are issued.Ensure accurate, maintain and timely processing of HR-related financial matters (allowances, claims, incentives etc).Provide data analysis and reporting for decision-making.Employee Engagement
Plan, implement, and monitor employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture such as town hall, wellness program, CSR and HR activities etc.Assist in managing employee survey, analyse the feedback and recommend actin plans to improve engagement and workplace culture.Support and coordinate communication strategies, session and feedback channels between employees and management and act as a point of contact.Assist in designing recognition and reward programs.Performance Management
Support the implementation and administration of the company's performance management system.Guide business / functional partners and employees on setting clear objectives, KPIs, and development plans.Monitor and track performance review cycles to ensure timely completion.Provide advice and coaching to managers on handling performance discussions effectively.Assist in identifying high performers and areas for improvement through data analysis and feedback.Collaborate with managers to create performance improvement plans (PIPs) where needed.Ensure alignment of performance outcomes with compensation, promotion, and career development decisions.Analyze performance management trends and recommend enhancements to processes and tools.Promote a culture of continuous feedback and development.Offboarding
Manage the end-to-end of all level of employees offboarding process including resignation acknowledge, letter, clearance and exit formalities also managing data in TARGET and HR other system.Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback to provide insights on employee retention and workplace improvements.Coordinate with IT, payroll and other department to ensure return of company assets ans system access revocation such as door access etc.HR Management Systems
Manage and maintain HR Data and HR digital systems (e.g., TARGET - SAP SuccessFactors, digital management systems).Manage leave administration in TARGET and generate report to the business partner.Manage door access and attendances of employees, update in the company system (WinPro and TimePro)Ensure accurate and updated employee records, HR metrics, and dashboards.Drive automation and process improvement for HR operations.All HR administration.Industrial Relations & Compliance
Handle employee relations matters including investigations, warning letters, and disciplinary cases.Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.Provide advice to business / functional partners on disciplinary and grievance proceduresSupport conducting a regular audit and review of the human resource management practices to ensure compliance with corporate policies and legislative requirements.Participate in ISO of the company.Policy Review and Interpretation
Support the existing policy review process to ensure that policies are maintained and updated in line with the version control requirements.Assist managers and employees with routine policy information and interpretation.Continuous Improvement on Service Delivery
Actively identify problems and issues that could cause problems in providing services to Crown Worldwide employees.Train the HR matters and related matters to all employees.Support Function
