Job description

Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of Secondary / SPM certification or equivalent.
  • Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in providing administrative support, including managing correspondence, preparing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Experience in record keeping, including filing, organizing, and maintaining both physical and digital documents.
  • Ability to manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and make travel arrangements.
  • Proficient in data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Capable of providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be willing to work full-time at the onsite location in Seri Kembangan.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, directing them appropriately.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, updating databases and spreadsheets as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper functioning.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed, contributing to overall team efficiency.
