Job description

Execute mise en place, which involves chopping, peeling, and marinating ingredients for hot dishes, as well as preparing sauces and garnishes.

Cook and plate hot dishes according to recipes and presentation standards, ensuring consistent quality and proper portioning.

Monitor food quality and consistency, checking for proper cooking temperatures and ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored.

Keep the kitchen workspace and equipment clean, organized, and hygienic to meet health and safety standards.

Work collaboratively with the Chef de Partie or other senior chefs, assist with their duties, and communicate effectively to ensure smooth service.

At least 2 years experience in Hotel's Kitchen is needed
