About the job

• Lead and manage both developer sales and sub-sales efforts to meet overall sales targets and business goals.
• Strategize and implement occupancy-driven campaigns to boost take-up rates and enhance property occupancy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, consultants, and industry partners to support business development and sales conversion.
• Conduct ongoing market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to inform and refine sales and marketing initiatives.
• Plan and manage budgets for sales and marketing activities while developing strategies to maximise ROI and drive performance.
