To update and keep proper record in the Staff Employee Record Book.
To issue letter of appointment for staff, maintain proper record in the staff personal files and maintain confidential of all documents.
To print out leave application form and maintain proper records of all leave application.
To check daily attendance record and overtime approval for payroll computation.
To prepare monthly attendance report for unpaid leave, medical leave and late to work.
To issue warning letter for staff taken excessive unpaid leave and late to work.
To assist in the monitoring of quality management system and SHE management system in the company according to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
To prepare monthly KPI for staff turnover and training done.
To fill up training request, update and keep proper training record in the individual staff training record.
To distribute and monitor training evaluation for staff attended training.
To issue yearly survey form, training need analysis and training assessment for staff and to prepare summary and annual training plan.
To assist in application, submission and maintaining proper record for all Company Licenses and Trade Mark.
