Key Responsibilities :
Employer Branding :
- Support the development of a strong and authentic employer brand aligned with company culture and values.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns that highlight company culture, employee stories, workplace achievements, and events.
- Manage employer branding content across channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, career website, and job boards.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to create marketing materials for hiring campaigns, job fairs, and university events.
Content Creation & Storytelling :
Create engaging content including employee testimonials, videos, blogs, banners, and infographics.Develop content calendars for employer branding and internal communications.Collaborate with designers, videographers, and internal stakeholders to bring creative ideas to life.Internal Communications :
Design and distribute internal newsletters, campaigns, and updates to keep employees informed and engaged.Support communications for HR initiatives like onboarding, wellness programs, learning & development, and employee recognition.Performance Tracking & Reporting :
Track engagement and performance of branding campaigns (e.g., impressions, reach, application rate, engagement rate).Analyze data and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness and messaging strategy.
