We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and execute digital campaigns that build brand awareness, drive leads, and engage customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current digital marketing tools and strategies, able to lead integrated digital campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and website).
- Plan and execute content strategies for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and user funnels to maximize lead conversions.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and optimize performance based on data insights.
- Monitor and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.
- Conduct market research to identify new digital trends and insights to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (designers, content creators, sales) to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Manage influencer partnerships and digital collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain and improve the company website, ensuring best practices in UX, SEO, and overall performance.
- Support digital marketing budget planning and ensure effective allocation of resources.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the retail, or home appliances industry.Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, etc.).Hands‑on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media marketing.Excellent knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling for digital channels.Experience in managing e-commerce platforms is a plus.Strong analytical skills and data‑driven thinking.Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
