Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is key to driving company growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

Manage and grow inter-company sales by ensuring effective coordination among internal stakeholders and affiliated entities.

Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) clients in alignment with business goals.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective and existing OEM clients.

Analyze market trends and client needs to recommend new product opportunities or enhancements.

Monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights to drive growth and address underperformance.

Client Relationship Management

Act as the main point of contact for OEM clients, delivering timely communication and support.

Cultivate strong relationships with inter-company partners to ensure seamless business operations.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement and effective resolution of issues.

Operational Support

Coordinate closely with production and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of products.

Support the continuous improvement of sales processes for both inter-company and OEM channels, focusing on efficiency and scalability.

Generate regular reports on sales activities, compliance progress, and accreditation status for management review.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication; confident in presentations and pitches

Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage

B2B / B2C sales cycles

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills

Skilled in

market research, trend analysis, and competitor evaluation

Target-driven with a track record of meeting sales goals under pressure

Strong networking skills; comfortable engaging with all levels of stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Language :

Proficiency in Mandarin, English & Malay to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Required to travel to Kajang occasionally
