Senior HR Manager (HR Operations, IR)

Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR operations across outlets, ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Manage the employee lifecycle for outlet staff, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Provide HR support to outlet managers to address day-to-day HR matters efficiently.
• Payroll Management : supervise the end-to-end payroll process for all outlet staff, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, income tax, etc.).
• Address and resolve payroll issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Industrial Relations (IR) Management : handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and disputes, ensuring resolution in line with labor laws and company policies.
• Manage and oversee IR matters, including investigations, misconduct cases, and disputes with employees.
• Represent the company in IR-related negotiations, conciliations, or other legal proceedings.
• Compliance & Employee Relations : ensure outlet-level HR activities comply with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Foster positive employee relations, promoting a productive and engaged workforce across outlets.
• HR Reporting & Analytics : track and report key HR metrics such as turnover rates, payroll costs, and absenteeism to senior management.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve HR operational efficiency at the outlet level.
