To perform daily administrative and operation activities

To perform account receivable billing & collection

To perform tasks as receptionist for residence & tenants

To maintain good filing and record system

To provides secretarial support to property manager and MC

To handle complaint & feedback from residents

To liaise with other department, contractor, suppliers as well as authority

. To issue receipt, billing and chase collection

. To write the minutes of meeting

Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Working area in Setapak

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : RM2, RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location : In person
