Receptionist Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanPleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both spoken and written) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role is an advantage Punctual, reliable, and able to multitask Presentable appearance and good communication in English
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM
Salary Range
RM2,500 to RM3,000 (Basic)
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Manage front desk operations, including receiving parcels, letters, and deliveries
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Perform basic administrative and clerical duties (filing, photocopying, data entry, etc.)
- Provide assistance to other departments as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate restocking
- Ensure compliance with visitor policies and internal protocols
