Key Responsibilities :
- Handle recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and hiring.
- Prepare and manage HR documents such as employment contracts, payslips, and warning letters.
- Organize and coordinate employee training & development.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and followed.
- Provide support to management on HR-related matters.
Requirements :
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or equivalent.Relevant experience in HR will be an added advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
