Overview

• Manage the daily operations of the company, ensuring business objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
• Oversee sales operations, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Manage the budget, monitor the financial health of the business unit, and ensure profitability by controlling costs to maintain financial stability.
• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability goals.
• Set short- and long-term objectives to enhance market presence and brand value.
• Manage inventory, supply chain, and merchandising to maximize sales and minimize costs.
• Implement and leverage retail technologies, including data analytics tools, to optimize operations, improve operational efficiency, enhance customer service, and drive overall business performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Report regularly to the Director on key metrics, performance updates, and strategic initiatives.
