Sales Coordinator

Penerangan pekerjaanDegree with a minimum of 1-2 years related working experience, preferably in manufacturing industries. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Computer literacy and well-versed in Microsoft Office applications e.g. Excel, Words, PowerPoint. Preferably with experience in sales order processing and SAP knowledge. Good track record of responsibility, resourceful and able to work independently.
THIS POSITION IS BASED IN MENARA KLK, MUTIARA DAMANSARA.
Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the monitoring of daily operation of sales administration and operational functions.
- Provide support on delivery schedules and monthly reports.
- Process sales order with using SAP system.
- Work closely with sales administrator and sales managers to ensure all customer requirements are well-coordinated.
- Monitor and keep track on goods delivery as per schedule.
- Maintain a systematic filing system and safe keeping of documents.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by managers.
