Job Description

We're a business with bold growth missions, and our people's development and influence are central to that success. As a Talent & Learning Partner, you will help bring to life and operationalizing our global People Strategy, with a focus on deployment across our EMEA and Asia Pacific team. You'll work across our global Talent, Leadership and Learning community, collaborating with colleagues from all regions to design and deliver programs that support our most critical priorities.

As part of Experian's global Human Resources function, our Talent and Learning team is focused on shaping the environment, infrastructure, and tools that help our people to build world-class skills and grow their careers in an engaging, inclusive environment.

This role is ideal for someone who grows in a global, matrixed environment and is passionate about creating meaningful, scalable people experiences that accomplish outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner across the global Talent, Leadership and Learning team to deliver high-impact people initiatives.
  • Use data and insights to identify future areas of focus and measure the impact.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, HRBPs, and global HR teams to co-create employee experiences that address business needs.
  • Champion the use of technology to enhance and scale our people products and experiences.
  • Embed end-to-end people solutions that blend external best practice with understanding of our organisational context.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels and geographies.

  • Experience with design thinking and human-centered approaches to problem-solving.
  • Ability to design simple, engaging end-to-end experiences for employees.
  • Experienced working directly with the business or customers to co-create and deploy solutions
  • Strong communication skills, with an ability to engage through brand and tone of voice.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a desire to push boundaries and innovate.
  • A commitment to equity and inclusion in all people practices.
  • Experience working with diverse, geographically distributed teams.
