We are an online education institution dedicated to providing courses for small and medium-sized business owners. We are seeking a Business admin to various projects, manage internal and external stakeholders (such as instructors), and ensure smooth execution of each project. The ideal candidate will have strong event planning and process management skills, be proficient in data organization with a keen eye for detail, and possess excellent interpersonal communication abilities combined with a strong data-driven mindset.

Requirements :

1. Basic project coordination – Able to track tasks, support timelines, and follow up on deliverables

2. Strong communication – Clear and professional in both writing and speaking

3. Organizational skills – Keeps documents, schedules, and meetings organized

4. Team collaboration – Works well with team members and takes direction from the Project Manager

5. Attention to detail – Catches small errors and ensures accuracy in documents and plans

6. Proficiency in basic digital tools – Comfortable with MS Office or Google Workspace, and willing to learn.

7. Positive attitude and willingness to learn – Open to feedback, eager to grow, and proactive in helping the team

Responsibility

1. Project Planning & Coordination :

  • Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Organise and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes.
  • Track project deliverables and milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines.

2. Communication & Reporting :

  • Act as a liaison between team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and correspondence.
  • Communicate project status and potential risks to stakeholders regularly.
  • 3. Resource Management :

  • Assist in resource allocation and scheduling to optimize project efficiency.
  • Track and manage project expenses in alignment with budgets.

    Problem Solving & Support :

    Identify and address project challenges or delays promptly.

  • Provide administrative and technical support to the project team.
  • 5 Quality Assurance :

  • Monitor project outcomes to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Coordinate feedback sessions and incorporate recommendations for continuous improvement.
