Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR initiatives and strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
- Advise department heads on organizational structure and manpower planning.
- Design and implement employee retention initiatives.
- Talent Acquisition – Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate selection, interview arrangements, and onboarding.
- HR Compliance & Policies – Develop, update, and communicate HR policies, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and company values; policies development and implementation.
- Maintain HR documentation, including employee handbooks, contracts, and compliance records.
- Compensation & Benefits Administration – Oversee monthly payroll and benefits enrolment; take initiative in compensation benchmarking and job evaluations.
- Employee Relations and Compliance – Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution and disciplinary actions; ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, and manage HR policies and procedures; promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Organizational Development – Identify and address organizational development needs, including training and development programs; lead change management initiatives to support business growth and transformation; drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems.
- Performance Management – Handle the full cycle of performance management process; provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions when necessary.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 8 years or more in HR management.Energetic and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.Proven experience in managing industrial relations and handling employee grievances.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience in HR operations within F&B retail industries is an advantage.What’s In It For You?
