Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead at Chester Properties Sdn. Bhd. located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Team Lead will be responsible for supervising and guiding the team, managing day-to-day operations, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining high levels of team productivity and performance. The individual will also be involved in strategy planning, reporting, and facilitating communication between team members and other departments.

Qualifications

• Leadership skills, team management, and supervisory experience
• Project management, strategy planning, and operational oversight
• Effective communication, reporting, and presentation skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in an on-site role in WP, Kuala Lumpur
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
