We are seeking a Boutique Manager that will craft a universe to deliver One Of Not Many memorable client experiences, creating fulfilling employee experience, and implementing a strong clienteling approach to drive ambitious and sustainable business results.
PLAYING YOUR PART
- Reach quantitative and qualitative targets in line with Maison objectives
- Propose, define, and guarantee the implementation of dynamic action plans to improve Boutique performance and achieve Maison goals
- S Initiate Boutique events and activities to boost sales and traffic
- Be aware of the local business environment and its impact on our sales, including the commercial activities of competitors
- Strongly contribute to grow Brand’s reputation and desirability in the market by participating in networking activities outside of the Boutique
Clienteling
In collaboration with the boutique and regional teams, drive and monitor all CRM and clienteling initiativesLead by example and develop individual relationships with clients and prospectsBuild and develop the VVIP relationships and databaseTeam Management & People Development
Provide to the team with a strong sense of purpose by inspiring a cohesive team spirit, and reinforce engagementCommunicate, federate, and motivate the boutique team around the strategy and vision of the MaisonDrive performance management to achieve KPI’s and perform above expectationsDesign the optimum organization, recruit the right profiles, and proactively manage talent pipeline in your boutiqueDevelop positive relationship with team by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs and concernsIdentify and define team’s training needs and individual development plans. Execute regular role plays and on-the-spot coaching, to consistently improve individual and team performanceRepresent Brand identity - Act as a Maison ambassador
Adhere with Passion to the values and rituals of presentation established by the MaisonLead by example with a high degree of professionalismAct as an Ambassador for the Brand, ensuring the integrity of its image with clients and within the local retail communityAct as key contact person for all interactions with the Group and International HQDrive change management to ensure adoption of new tools & servicesManage boutique operations in accordance with Brand and group compliance policiesEnsure that all Brand and Richemont procedures are perfectly followedWHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?
