We are looking for a self-motivated Account / Admin Assistant. In this role, your Key Responsibilities : -
Accounts : -
Assist to prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, petty cash & staff claim
Assist with account payable and receivable processing
Follow up on outstanding payment and maintain customers / vendors ledgers.
Administration : -
Handle general office administration and filing of accounting records
To assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned as and when required
Provide support to Finance as needed
Requirements : -
Basic Knowledge of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
Strong attention to details and good organizational skills
Positive working attitude and pleasant personality
Ability to work independently and in a team
Disciplined, trustworthy, honest and cooperative
