Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum of Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Finance / Accounting or any related field. At least 1 – 2 years of experience in related field. Mature, independent, and able to work well under pressure. Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, such as Excel and Word. Working knowledge of accounting software would be an advantage. Strong communication and analytical skills, with a positive attitude and results-oriented mindset. Capable of working independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness. Demonstrates reliability and can function independently with minimal supervision. Cooperative team player with a supportive attitude toward colleagues. Quick thinker with the ability to respond effectively in fast-paced situations. Capable of organizing and prioritizing resources to meet job deliverables. Possesses effective negotiation skills.
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

KEY ROLES :
- Prepare and monitor all financial budgetary aspects, including variance analysis and periodic budget reviews, to ensure financial sustainability and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee audit activities and coordinate with external and internal auditors to ensure financial reports comply with UniKL policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
- Monitor and control accounts payable activities efficiently and effectively in accordance with accounting standards and policies to support business operations and profitability objectives.
- Prepare and manage periodic financial closing processes within deadlines and in compliance with standard accounting policies.
- Liaise with students, suppliers, staff, and other stakeholders regarding payments and related issues.
- Manage and address students' complaints related to financial matters.
- Oversee daily finance and accounting operations to support business activities and organizational growth.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested by management.
