New Product Development Executive

Job Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with Marketing and Regulatory teams to develop safe, effective, compliant, and market-competitive products.
• Formulate new health supplements and functional foods based on scientific research, consumer needs, and market trends.
• Research and review new ingredients for health benefits and source high-quality, novel, and sustainable ingredients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations, continuously contributing fresh ideas to the product pipeline.
• Review clinical studies, scientific literature, and technical data to support ingredient selection and substantiate label claims.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful product launches.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers on prototype development, scale-up, and production processes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contract manufacturers and ingredient suppliers to explore new product opportunities.
• Work closely with Regulatory team to ensure all new products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee supporting functions such as contract and trademark license agreement reviews, trademark applications, and product liability matters.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by superior or management.
