Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. 2–3 years of relevant experience in the financial services or related industry preferred. Strong fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience are encouraged to apply. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; comfortable learning new systems and tools. Highly detail-oriented, organized, and efficient in handling tasks. Strong will to learn, with the ability to follow instructions and work independently after initial guidance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in client interaction.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive to join our team. This role requires someone who can handle client servicing across multiple client segments, support the department with customized reporting, and contribute to business development initiatives. While the core focus is client servicing and reporting, the role will also involve initiating sales opportunities.
Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent client servicing and support across various client segments.
- Prepare and manage customized reports with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update data management records, including AUM, sales data, and client information.
- Assist in business development activities, including presentations, proposals, marketing events, and other client engagement activities.
- Proactively initiate sales opportunities and support the team in pursuing new business leads.
- Learn and adapt quickly to internal systems and processes.
- Support other departmental functions as required.
