About the Role
Pantai Bharu is seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Development Executive to support strategic
growth across our three core business units :
- Imported Reconditioned Vehicles
- Dongfeng Electric Vehicles (EV)
- Pusat Servis Pantai Bharu
This hybrid role combines external outreach, partnership development, and marketing execution. The
candidate will help us expand our customer base, build B2B and B2C relationships, and support targeted
campaigns that drive traffic, sales, and service bookings.
Key Objectives
Generate qualified leads and partnerships for recond and EV salesSupport Dongfeng brand launch with strategic outreach and campaign coordinationDevelop B2B and B2C initiatives for Pusat Servis (e.g., fleet servicing, insurance tie-ups, loyaltyprogrammes)
Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to align messaging and executionTrack performance and provide insights to improve outreach and campaign ROIResponsibilities
1. Business Development & Outreach
Identify and pursue B2B and B2C opportunities across all business unitsBuild relationships with fleet operators, insurance firms, corporate clients, and EV chargingproviders
Develop outreach strategies via email, LinkedIn, and industry eventsPrepare proposals, presentations, and partnership decks2. Marketing Collaboration
Work with Brand & Marketing Executive to co-develop campaigns that support businessdevelopment goals
Coordinate marketing materials for outreach and activationsTrack campaign performance and adjust tactics based on results3. Customer Engagement & CRM
Maintain CRM records of leads, prospects, and follow-upsSupport post-sale engagement and referral programmesGather feedback from prospects to improve offerings and messaging4. Service Centre Growth
Develop B2B servicing packages for corporate fleets and insurance partnersPromote service centre offerings through targeted outreach and bundled promotionsAssist in launching loyalty programmes and seasonal campaigns5. Reporting & Strategy Support
Provide monthly reports on outreach performance, lead conversion, and campaign ROISupport strategic planning with market insights and competitor analysisCollaborate with HR & Strategy Executive on SOPs and transformation initiativesSkills & Tools
CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot)Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign ManagerCanva, PowerPoint, CapCut (for pitch decks and content)Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
