CONTRACT & COST MANAGER

The Contract Manager will manage contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. They will oversee claims, variations, and contract negotiations while coordinating with project stakeholders to resolve contractual disputes. Additionally, they will monitor contract performance to ensure deliverables meet project requirements and provide guidance on contract interpretation and risk management.

Qualifications

• A recognized Bachelor's Degree in Law, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Professional certifications (where applicable) will be considered an advantage.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience within the infrastructure or construction sector.
• Excellent interpersonal, strong negotiation and legal drafting skills.
