We're looking for a strategic and data-driven leader to take charge of TRAPO's offline sales performance across the region. As Head of Offline Sales, you will report directly to the CEO and lead a team of Area Managers and Hub Leaders. You'll be responsible for growing revenue, improving profitability, and building a high-performing team culture focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works cross-functionally, and takes ownership of both business and people outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach Area Managers and Hub Leaders to achieve sales, service, and profitability targets
- Drive business growth through data-driven strategies, effective planning, and sharp execution
- Build strong collaboration with other senior leaders to align on company-wide priorities
- Strengthen customer experience standards and ensure consistent delivery across all hubs
- Lead weekly business reviews and performance discussions to ensure clear accountability
- Develop people strategies that build a motivated, agile, and high-performing retail team
